Wear & Forecast module
CCM combines visual wear cues, drain-oil trends (Fe/BN), feed-rate history, load profile and liner geometry to predict remaining ring life. The model corrects itself every month as new reports arrive.
CCM Avg: theory meets reality
CCM also benchmarks how long rings and liners actually last across fleets before replacement. Correlating predicted life with observed service life gives a reliable basis for planning overhauls.
