Liner calibration heatmap
Every calibration reading becomes a 3D wear map, checked against the maker’s limits. The max wear rate predicts the liner’s remaining life.
CCM turns routine scavenge-port inspections into condition-based decisions: wear forecasts, cylinder-oil optimisation and early warnings for every unit on every vessel in your fleet.
CCM brings cylinder condition into one continuous view, combining inspection findings, liner measurements, drain oil analysis and historical trends to help technical teams detect developing wear earlier, optimise lubrication and make better decisions on maintenance and component life.

A structured inspection brings together images, measurements, oil analysis and running data, so the condition of the whole engine is captured.

The crew completes the scavenge inspection using the CCM app or desktop platform, recording cylinder condition in a structured format and uploading supporting images. Liner measurements and drain-oil results can be added alongside the inspection data.
CCM analyses the inspection data and images to identify condition changes such as deposits, scratches, wear patterns and other developing abnormalities.
Each inspection is compared against previous records so changes can be seen over time. Cylinder condition, liner wear, drain-oil trends and inspection images are brought together in one continuous history.
As more data is collected, CCM uses the condition history and measured trends to estimate developing wear, support ring and liner life assessment, optimise cylinder-oil feed rates and improve maintenance and spares planning.

Example: Single vessel, 12-cylinder main engine at 45% load, base feed rate 0.9 g/kWh.
Automated capture, analysis and reporting cut crew and superintendent time spent on inspections and paperwork.
Condition-based planning extends time between overhauls by up to 20%, reducing spares, workshop cost and downtime.
Early detection of wear patterns prevents scuffing, liner damage and the off-hire that follows.

Your crew captures the data. CCM brings together software, AI and expert engineering review to turn it into actionable recommendations on lubrication, developing wear and overhaul timing.
Every recommendation is specific to your engine, its condition and its operating profile.
